Our Remote Control Mission Statement:

I've always wanted to own a RC car, pretty sure from the first time I saw one all those years ago, once I got involved I was hooked, from remote control helicopters to radio controlled boats, you name it I wanted some of it. I think my true passion is for RC Cards and both electric and nitro racers, a few years back I got into electric drifting (we also drift nitro's, but it's just way too much power). The aim on this site is to share what my experience and advice for anyone looking to get into the sport, or learn a little bit more about RC cars in general.

Radio controlled toys, and I only call them toys because they make me feel like a kid all over again, are becoming incredibly advanced, with more and more manufacturers entering the market each year. Most kits are now made out of carbon fibre, even the plastics they use are space age as far as technology goes, it's difficult to keep up with all the advances, one of the latest crazes, Drifting has seen a huge change in the way manufacturers make their chassis, with HPI creating drift conversion kit for a few of their models, and favorites like Yokomo and Tamiya making RTR drift kits I think we on the verge of seeing a RC revolution. Especially in times like there when the entry level drift setup costs a fraction of the racing gear.
