Parts are removed from brand new models. We guarantee parts will be new and functional upon arrival but we cannot provide any warranty service after usage. You will receive all parts as illustrated and they will be repackaged. Some parts may have minor cosmetic signs of disassembly. Part trees (where applicable) may be separated for shipping.

We understand that when you're out bashing or racing and something breaks from a crash or a part fails, you want your RC back up and running as soon as possible. Waiting 2-3 weeks for spare parts coming from abroad isn't great when you just want to get back out with your RC.
We have the fastest possible postage option available and will post 99% of items the same day if ordered before 3pm (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Our main stock will come from purchasing brand new models and breaking them down for their new parts, allowing us to pass on a better deal to our customers. Our future plan is to import upgraded parts and supply them quickly to our customers.
RC Spares UK accept all major Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal through eBay's very own integrated secure payment system. eBay's payment system is the fastest and most convenient way to pay for your product with RC Spares UK. Please note that the item you are purchasing won't be marked as sold until you have made payment and it's cleared.
If you place your order before 3pm (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) we at RC Spares UK will ship your item the very same day. If you order at the weekend or after 3pm on a weekday, we will ship your item out the next working day. All products will have a receipt of delivery.
At RC Spares UK it's really important to us that our customers have a fast delivery service available. 98% of our products will have a free shipping service available with a small charge for other services. Larger more expensive items will be sent via courier and an express option will be available. The services we use are the following:

We welcome international customers as we do UK bidders
We ship to 80% of the globe. International orders are delivered to buyers country by airmail then transferred for delivery via local post. There MAY be a tax-duty & handling fee if duty or VAT is warranted by your country. Every country charges differently so we can't provide tax estimates.
International shipping times vary depending on country of destination, customs processing and clearance. Please see Postage and Payment tab for cost, estimated delivery times and available services . Please note that we will not add false figures to customs forms so please do not ask. The buyer is responsible for any duties or tariffs your country along with any associated collection fees. Your package will have the purchase price on the custom form.
RC Spares UK takes pride in providing excellent customer service and therefore we like to ensure that our returns process is as straightforward as possible. We offer a 30 day returns policy, whether the item is no longer required, you have ordered the wrong item, or you have simply changed your mind. We are happy to process a refund or replacement for you within the 30 day returns period; all we ask is that the following requirements are met:
- Included within your package is you proof of purchase or a note of your eBay username and order number
- Item(s) to be returned undamaged, in the same condition as you received them
- Items(s) must be unused and never installed to your model.
- Items(s) to be returned within the 30 day returns period
The customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred returning the item(s) to us under the circumstances outlined above.
If the item(s) has been used, installed, or is no longer in the original condition we sent it in, we will not be able to accept a return or process a refund to you.
RC Spares UK cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of returned goods during transit; please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible. Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and if we are satisfied that the item(s) is in its original condition a refund will be provided.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
All item(s) in your order are inspected by us and securely packaged to ensure that you receive exactly what you have ordered and that everything is received by you in the same condition we sent it in.
On very rare occasions item(s) can be damaged in transit. This is unfortunately something out of our control, but we will arrange a replacement or refund for you after we have the item(s) back in our hands and have inspected them. Any damages must be reported to us within 48 hours after delivery for us to raise any claims with our courier. Any claims after 48 hours will be dismissed for a claim.
Any item(s) that are incorrectly sent by us, we aim to replace as soon as possible.
If you find that your item(s) are faulty please start the returns process as soon as possible so that we can arrange for prompt replacement or a refund if we do not have another part in stock. Please ensure your item(s) are packaged securely before sending them back to us to prevent further damage. Item(s) will be inspected to confirm the fault before arranging your refund or replacement.
