UK Delivery Information

At, we know you want your RC back up and running ASAP! This is why if you place your order before 3pm (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) we will ship your item the very same day. If you order at the weekend or after 3pm on a weekday, we will ship your item out the next working day. Larger items over 61cm in length, or over 2kg in weight, will be shipped the next working day. All orders will have a receipt of delivery.

We offer fast FREE delivery to addresses within the UK. Larger items/orders (package size longer than 61cm) will need to be sent via 48hr courier service, which will be free to most UK addresses but will encur an additional charge if your address is within a remote or offshore UK location. Please see the services we use and our shipping prices below:

Royal Mail 24 or 1st Class (1 to 2 business days): FREE to all UK addresses 

Royal Mail Special Delivery (next business day by 1pm): £3.99 - £6.99 per order (depending on order weight, which will be displayed at checkout)

We have delivery set up for the following countries:

Europe Zone 2: Austria, Azores, Balaeric Islands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Others: Ukraine

Royal Mail International Tracked (package total weight of 0.501kg-1kg): £8.99

Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 working days (but please allow up to 7 working days). 

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to ship orders weighing over 1kg to international countries.

Returns takes pride in providing excellent customer service and therefore we like to ensure that our returns process is as straightforward as possible. We offer a 30 day returns policy, whether the item is no longer required, you have ordered the wrong item, or you have simply changed your mind. We are happy to process a refund or replacement for you within the 30 day returns period; all we ask is that the following requirements are met:

If you would like to return your item for any of the below reasons please contact us at Please include your order number and your reason for return. We will reply to your email with instructions on how to return your item. Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm.

  • Included within your package is a note of your name and address, order number and reason for return
  • Item(s) to be returned undamaged, in the same condition as you received them
  • Item(s) must be unused and never installed
  • Item(s) to be returned within the 30 day returns period (30 days from the date you received your order)

The customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred returning the item(s) to us under the circumstances outlined above. If the item(s) has been used, installed, or is no longer in the original condition we sent it in, we will not be able to accept a return or process a refund to you. cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of returned goods during transit; please ensure that the appropriate insurance cover option is taken where possible. Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and if we are satisfied that the item(s) is in its original condition, a refund will be provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

All item(s) in your order are inspected by us and securely packaged to ensure that you receive exactly what you have ordered and that everything is received by you in the same condition we sent it in. On very rare occasions item(s) may be damaged in transit. This is unfortunately something out of our control, but we will arrange a replacement or refund for you after we have the item(s) back in our hands and have inspected them. Any damages must be reported to us within 48 hours after delivery for us to raise any claims with our courier. Any claims after 48 hours will be dismissed for a claim. Any item(s) that are incorrectly sent by us, we aim to replace as soon as possible.

Faulty Goods

If you find that your item(s) are faulty please start the returns process as soon as possible so that we can arrange for prompt replacement or a refund if we do not have another part in stock. Please ensure your item(s) are packaged securely before sending them back to us to prevent further damage. Item(s) will be inspected to confirm the fault before arranging your refund or replacement.
