Are your RC parts brand new?

Yes. All of the RC parts sold by RCSpares are genuine, brand new and unused. Many of our parts are sourced from complete, brand new RC vehicles, allowing us to offer a wide range of genuine replacement parts at competitive prices.

As these parts are carefully removed from brand new vehicles, some components may show minor signs of disassembly or handling, such as marks from screws or assembly tools. However, all parts are unused and inspected prior to dispatch.

How long will delivery take?

We know having to wait for parts when you just want to get back out with your RC can be frustrating. For this reason we ship orders with a fast 48hr delivery service as standard (and can upgrade to a 24hr service with an additional charge of £1.00). How do I change or cancel my order?

If you’re order has not yet been shipped, we are happy to change or cancel your order if required. Please fill out our contact form as soon as you can, by clicking here. Please ensure you mention your name and address, and order number.

What if I need to return my order?

If you have ordered the wrong part, changed your mind or it’s no longer required, you can return your items to us within 30 days. For our full returns policy and how you can return your item, please click here.

I can’t find the part I need; can you source it for me?

If you can’t find the part you require, please get in touch via our contact form by clicking here. We will check to see if we have the part you need, and if not, we may be able to source the parts for you.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

At this time we do not ship outside of the UK.
