How long will delivery take?

We know having to wait for parts when you just want to get back out with your RC can be frustrating. For this reason we ship orders with a fast delivery service as standard. Please see our shipping page for the services we use and approximate delivery times by clicking here.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you’re order has not yet been shipped, we are happy to change or cancel your order if required. Please fill out our contact form as soon as you can, by clicking here. Please ensure you mention your name and address, and order number.

What if I need to return my order?

If you have ordered the wrong part, changed your mind or it’s no longer required, you can return your items to us within 30 days. For our full returns policy and how you can return your item, please click here.

I can’t find the part I need; can you source it for me?

If you can’t find the part you require, please get in touch via our contact form by clicking here. We will check to see if we have the part you need, and if not we will see if there is anything we can do for you.
